native North Carolinian, Bill Tate, President and CEO of Village Building
Co., Inc, became involved in the Real Estate and Construction industry soon
after his college days, nearly thirty-three years ago. He has held an
Unlimited General Contracting License since 1975.
He started from the ground up, as a project manager for a prominent builder in his hometown. This gave Bill the extensive personal experience and knowledge that guides the quality of his construction from start to finish. It also results in creating true value for the homeowner by eliminating the waste and inefficiency that so often mark corporate operations.
When Bill started his own firm, he kept that philosophy intact, with a commitment to excellence that begins with the first conceptual meetings and continues after you move into your home. Individual Project Managers control this process. His team of hands-on employees are accountable to the highest quality standards, at competitive prices, within specifies timeframes, with no surprises.
Bill’s expertise and standards have been recognized by his peers. He has served two terms as President of the Rockingham County Homebuilders Association. Bill has also had his real estate brokerage license since 1973, and has served as President of the Eden Board of REALTORS. He is a North Carolina Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and owner of the leading local appraisal company.
